After completing her training as a speech therapist and studying speech therapy at the Medicalschool Hamburg, she discovered her enthusiasm for the specialist area of voice through her practical work as a speech therapist.
Through numerous advanced training courses in this field, she was finally able to specialize in the field of voice disorders. Understanding, diagnosing and treating the voice as a whole-body construct is very close to her heart.
Especially in manual voice therapy, she was able to expand her expertise thanks to numerous advanced trainings and gain a lot of practical experience.
Ms. Gutowski specializes in the treatment of muscular voice complaints and at the Medical Voice Center she treats in particular hyperfunctional dysphonia, globus, mutation voice disorders as well as chronic cough and compulsive throat clearing.
In her therapy she uses osteopathic and manual techniques as well as functional therapy approaches. Another focus is the postoperative treatment of trans*patients after phonosurgery. Ms. Gutowski joined the MEDICAL VOICE CENTER in April 2021. She also works as a voice trainer and voice coach.
