Dr. Bettina Hess is a communication and media scientist. She completed her PhD at the Freie Universität Berlin. Dr. Hess worked for many years as a manager in marketing and customer service in various companies in the private sector. Her work was always characterised by a special instinct for customer requirements and customer satisfaction. Since the founding of the MEDICAL VOICE CENTER, Dr. Hess has been closely associated with the institution and initially supported the communicative activities from the outside. Since 2019, she has been a permanent member of the team, helping to meet the growing demands in the areas of communication, process optimisation, quality assurance and international patient care. She also manages the centre’s social media activities.
A central component of her work is the integration of scientific work into the daily practice of the MEDICAL VOICE CENTER. This includes the development of evidence-based communication strategies, quality assurance through data-driven processes, and the implementation of modern methods to apply scientific findings in the areas of voice research, patient management, and service processes. Her goal is to further strengthen and sustainably expand the high quality level of the MEDICAL VOICE CENTER.
