Dr Hess has given me my voice and confidence back! In honesty, I was anxious and uncertain that the surgery would help as my vocal issue had been persisting for almost 5 years. I felt confused and helpless as I had seen many specialists in the UK and abroad. I was about to give up singing for good. However, he was highly recommended to me and I am glad I went to see him and trusted him to operate on my vocal chords. I felt at ease and taken care of by Dr Hess and his team throughout the whole process.
